Crown Plastics is a manufacturer of thin-gauge UHMW-PE and thermoplastic composite products. UHMW-PE products include anti-static/conductive, UV stabile, and FDA approved materials, plus UHMW-PE tapes for automotive applications and UHMW-PE materials with silicone treated surface. Cushioning & energy absorbing products for automotive applications and sintered UHMW polyethylene products for board sports are also available. Available in sheet, roll, tape, coatings and wear strip forms. Tapes are manufactured with pressure sensitive adhesive backing or one side abraded for use with contact cement and epoxies. Processing capabilities including compression molding, multi-layer laminating, die-cutting, powdered resin molding and debulking.
